What to expect when you hire TNT Inspection Services to perform a Bank Construction Draw / Sworn Statement Inspection

TNT Inspection Services can perform your construction draw inspections within two days of your request (except on weekend due to working hours of businesses). We can perform more complicated building/ developments including marijuana / cannabis grow facilities and dispensaries. We preform a site inspection and review of the contractor’s payment request to evaluate the accuracy of the representations made in each line item of the contractor’s sworn statement. The draw inspection will evaluate the accuracy of the draw request, construction phase completion, and stored materials on site and off with supporting photographs. TNT Inspection Services can manage your inspection needs for the project, verifying all construction work is in place per the plans and specifications prior to the release of funds.
When TNT Inspection Services receives a draw request we complete the inspection and report within 48 hours indicating the percentage of completion per line item or stage and includes completed inspection report of the items listed on the spread sheet. The completed report is emailed to the loan officer. Much of TNT’s success is dependent upon the quality, timeliness, and professionalism of our staff.
