We provide a written report for each building we inspect with photographs, the overall condition of the roof, inspect the flashings, roof design, repairs that need to be made. A written explanation of the repairs / modifications for the contractors to bid and execute the repairs. A grade of the overall condition is provided with the report with overall supporting photographs.

TNT works with contractors, homeowners, and insurance companies to provide critical performance information and identify damage to the roof (hail, improper installation, failed roofing) for claims.
